Let me help with compliance by reviewing all contract and listing/buying documents, assist in checking for missing signatures/initials, and other items pertinent to the transaction, making sure contract is complete. After completion, I will upload all completed required documents to your brokerage compliance system and submit for your Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA).
