Depending on how you would like me to market your home, sometimes, you would rather I set up private showings with qualified buyers that either tour your home with me or with another area agent than hold an open house where anyone, qualified or not can self-tour your home during the open house, which is fine if we discover this is the optimal sales tool for the property and your preference.
I always give a choice to have an open house.... or not.... for my sellers.
