                         T H E  D E T A I L S :

• Contract review after receipt of contract within 1-2 business days.

• Notify real estate agent if any missing items and/or errors after contract review.

• Work with real estate agent to gather any missing information, documents or signatures/initials.

• Submit file to brokerage for review.

• Review brokerage compliance approval. If there is anything additional needed, TC will follow up with real estate agent if any additional corrections, information/signatures/initials needed. TC will resubmit for approval until compliance is complete.

• Send Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) to the real estate agent for approval.

• Send real estate agent approved Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) to the escrow officer or title company.

• Upload documents and close out the file in the brokerage compliance system upon closing and funding.

Please send files at least 7-10 business days before closing for optimal and timely servicing.

The COMPLIANCE SERVICE PACKAGE does not include any communication and/or co-ordination with parties to the compliance transaction such as the title company, lender, or buyer/seller.
